About the advantage of Practicing Nondoing (AKA non-action)
Quotes in Bold The softest thing in the world dashes against and overcomes the hardest; that which has no (substantial) existence enters where there is no crevice. I know hereby what advantage belongs to doing nothing (with a purpose).
Commentary Here is shown what things just do without intent but simply following their natural law. The author learn from this the advantage of practicing nondoing. There are few in the world who attain to the teaching without words, and the advantage arising from non-action. Commentary "The teachings without words" is about being attentive and contemplates what naturally happens around us. (Tao-te ching,
chapter 43, Legge's translation). --
