Who can attend these courses?
- Our courses are intended mainly for people without any experience with Tao and Taoism. Practitioners may find further resources and hints on Taoism basics.
What is your courses intend?
- Much of our interest is in teaching. You may find a great deal on Taoism topics such as tao, yin-yang, wu and wu-wei, and also hints on practicing the Taoist methods of meditation. We also provide teachings on the I-ching (Book of Changes)
method of predicting the future events and practice.
What do I need to attend these courses?
- Our courses are sent through email. All you need to receive them is an email account and client in order to download and read the lessons, such as Outlook or Thunderbird.
What are the advantages of e-mailing?
- You don't need to login to a website in order to access the class. You don't need a
personal account or provide your personal detail - thus you may save your privacy. And what is worth, you may study offline too.
Do I need any additional material for studying Taoism?
- Our courses cover all the Taoism topics but you may still want to read the Tao-te ching and the I-ching (Book of Changes). Lao-tzu's Tao-te ching is considered to be the Bible of Taoism - I-ching
itself is built on the basis of Tao philosophy of changes, including the yin-yang interplay.
Are there any additional resources and links to complete my study?
- There are some additional papers on Taoism themes
.Is there any evaluation of performance at the end of the courses?
- Yes. In this respect you should take the self-evaluation tests. The grade scale is A: 85-100%, B: 75-84% and C: 50-74%.
Are there any graduation certificates awarded?
- Yes. We provide a Certificate of Attendance (available only for Initiation into Taoism).
Are certificates awarded as a matter of course?
- No, only on student's request. The concluding of all the three levels of the
